Grape seed oil contains tocopherols (vitamin E), a high content of phytosterols as well as polyunsaturated fatty acids such as linoleic acid, oleic acid and alpha-linolenic acid.

Prof Saracoglu Grape Seed Oil contains no additives.
Instructions for use
Once daily, 1 tablespoon on an empty stomach.
It is recommended to consume the oil with cold dishes.
Dosage for the use of grape seed oil:
Not recommended for children under 1 year.
For 1–3 years: 1 teaspoon daily
For 3–5 years: 1 dessertspoon daily
From 5 years and older: 1 tablespoon daily
Grape seed oil can also be applied to skin and hair.
Since Prof Saracoglu Grape Seed Oil is cold-pressed and not chemically or heat-treated, it is recommended to consume it within 60 days of opening. However, this period depends entirely on the consumer's consumption and storage conditions. For this reason, it is not very accurate to give an exact date for the period of use. If stored in a cool place, protected from heat and light, and with the lid completely closed, the period can be 4–6 months or up to 1 year, depending on the product type.
