The usage period of Lady's Mantle should not exceed one year, as its effectiveness decreases by 75% in the second year. Lady's Mantle should be cultivated in areas where the summer heat is not extreme and the soil is moist and shaded. It loves plenty of light but should not be exposed to direct sunlight, as it harms the plant.
If the leaves of Lady's Mantle begin to sweat or if water bubbles start to form on the leaves, it indicates that rain will fall that day or the next. In ancient times, women living in areas with sudden rain would check the leaves of Lady's Mantle before gathering their laundry, and if the leaves started to sweat, they would collect their laundry. Young girls and middle-aged women would collect the sweat from the leaves and apply it to their faces, helping them maintain fresh and radiant skin.
Additionally, the sweat collected from the leaves of Lady's Mantle was an excellent remedy for preventing and curing freckles that develop during the summer months. It is known to be very effective in eliminating freckles. During the Renaissance period, young women would wipe the sweat from the leaves of this plant during walks in nature and apply it to their faces. This tradition still exists among villagers in Europe. Many natural benefits have been forgotten in modern times, as people have distanced themselves from these traditional remedies.
My research on Lady's Mantle started in the late 1970s. I observed that both the leaves and stems were effective in treating diarrhea. People who do not have diarrhea will find that the tea made from this plant does not cause constipation. This is because it slows down and regulates intestinal movements. It is also a great helper for those suffering from irritable bowel syndrome (IBS).
Furthermore, it helps speed up the healing of difficult wounds or wounds after surgery. I recommend this tea to people who frequently suffer from anemia (iron deficiency anemia).
This plant has been used by women since ancient times. In Europe and Russia, nearly every woman knows about it. One of the biggest problems for women who have given birth multiple times is the risk of miscarriage. This plant has the ability to strengthen the uterine muscles. It is especially beneficial for women at risk of miscarriage. When the tea from this plant is consumed after the third month of pregnancy, it strengthens the uterine muscles, reducing the risk of miscarriage during later stages of pregnancy.
Lady's Mantle for Women!
Dear reader, God did not create anything without purpose. Every created thing has a purpose. I can say that Lady's Mantle was created specifically for the female uterus, much like how fuel is created for men's prostate health.
This plant is beneficial for women prone to early menopause. It is also excellent for young girls and women experiencing menstrual irregularities. Furthermore, it helps balance female hormones. It has the ability to stop and regulate intermenstrual bleeding caused by uterine fibroids or myomas.
FSH hormone is helpful for young women who are trying to conceive. Women aged 30 who have their FSH levels tested on the third day of their menstrual cycle often worry, "Am I entering menopause?" This fear can make them anxious, and for some, it leads to depression. This panic and anxiety can negatively affect hormone balance and lead to menstrual irregularities.
I recommend this plant to women who experience excessive bleeding or long menstrual periods.
Although this is not a general rule, women who are sad and anxious may experience their period a few days earlier, while women who are angry or stressed may have their period delayed. This shows how a woman's emotional state can affect her menstrual cycle.
That's why I call it the "Women's Plant." The strength of Lady's Mantle lies in a compound called Phlobaphen.
In Switzerland, it is used to treat arteriosclerosis and strokes, while in Hungary, it is used as a diuretic and to promote the healing of wounds.
For Menstrual Irregularities and Hair Growth Problems
Three to four grams (one teaspoon) of dried Lady's Mantle should be placed in a cup of boiling (150-200 ml) chlorine-free water and boiled on low heat for ten minutes. Afterward, let it cool and strain while it is still warm. Drink one cup per day for a month. After one month, take a one-week break. After the break, repeat for another month, and the treatment will be complete. The best times to drink it are either two hours after breakfast or on an empty stomach in the afternoon.
If menstrual irregularities occur again in the future, the first treatment can be repeated in the same way.
For High FSH Hormone Levels
Three to four grams (one teaspoon) of dried Lady's Mantle should be placed in a cup of boiling (150-200 ml) chlorine-free water and boiled on low heat for ten minutes. Afterward, let it cool and strain while it is still warm. Drink one cup twice a day for a month. The first dose should be taken two hours after breakfast, and the second dose should be taken two hours after dinner. It should be freshly prepared each time. After one month, take a one-week break. After the break, repeat for another month, and the treatment will be complete.
Warning:
I would like to emphasize that Lady's Mantle should not be used near fields where Ebter or GOD seeds are cultivated. While Ebter seeds are not used for farming in our country, I regret to inform you that 95% of vegetables are grown using Ebter seeds.
