Product Detail
Propolis in its raw form, as extracted from the beehive (raw propolis), contains various foreign substances and beeswax. The main reason for this is its extreme stickiness and the fact that it is scraped from frames or beehives to be collected. Consuming propolis in this raw form is not recommended, as the human body loses the beneficial ingredients and foreign substances can mix in during scraping. Instead, it is more advantageous to consume it in the form of a purified extract.
The local propolis (Turkey) used in these Prof Saracoglu Water/Alcohol-Based Propolis Drops is carefully collected by experienced/trained beekeepers in the unique mountains/highlands of Anatolia, where numerous endemic flowers and mountain trees grow. The extracted propolis is produced under laboratory conditions according to internationally recognized HACCP criteria. The analyses of phenolic compounds (HPLC) of Prof. Saracoglu's water/alcohol-based propolis drops are performed and reviewed by consulting academic staff.
Raw material: Prof Saracoglu exclusively uses raw propolis produced domestically (Turkey) to undoubtedly support Turkish beekeepers and to start with high-quality raw materials. The procured raw materials are analyzed and classified, thereby avoiding regional variations in ingredients.

Propolis ratio: Propolis, like water-soluble sugar, can dissolve in solvents to a certain extent. The dissolution rate in water differs significantly from that in alcohol. Besides the dissolution rate, the phenolic constituents remaining in water and alcohol also differ. Prof Saracoglu extends this ratio to the point where the solvent is saturated with propolis. Introduction of Use
General instructions for use:
Stir 20 drops of Prof Saracoglu Alcohol-Based Propolis Drops into half a glass of water or a quarter of milk once a day and consume on a full stomach. It is also possible to consume them directly or add them to fruit juice, yogurt, honey, or similar foods.
Application for skin infections / warts:
Add 20 drops of alcohol-based propolis to half a glass of water or a quarter into a teacup of milk once a day and consume on an empty stomach. Additionally, a few drops can be applied directly to a piece of cotton and placed on the wart or affected area.
For children between 4 - 10 years, 10 drops should be taken daily after breakfast in the morning.
For children aged 1 - 3 years, it is recommended for external use, such as gargling.
Shake well before use. Store in a cool and dry place. Do not expose to direct sunlight. Refrigerate after opening.
Since it contains no additives, color changes may occur over time. The aroma and taste of propolis can vary depending on the climatic conditions of the collection site.
